The Gaylord store went from a dream to a reality in the fall of 1999 when our Clare Staff began the planning and preparation for a project we had never done before...a new store in a new city! All the hard work paid off in June of 2000 when the Gaylord store opened for business, capturing the hearts of northern Michigan residents and those traveling to a great year-round destination.
