Bryan Darland is the Clare Jay's fishing department manager. Bryan attended the 3rd annual RiverMan Custom Boats Salmon tournament on the Big Manistee River for his 1st time on Sept.10th. During this tournament Bryan managed to take third place with the 3rd heaviest fish and received a 3rd place trophy. There were 26 fisherman involved in this tournament. Total weighed in fish were 19 Salmon. 1st place fish weighed in at 16lbs, 2nd place fish weighed 15lbs.2oz, Bryans fish weighed in at 15 lbs 1 oz. This fish along with a few others in the tournament were caught on the "dill pickle" kwikfish by Luhr Jensen. Many other fish were caught while back bouncing skein behind the boat
