BBQ Whitefish

(4) 10-12 oz. boneless whitefish fillets
1/3 cup of onions diced fine
1 medium green pepper diced fine
2 cloves of fresh garlic diced fine
Cayenne pepper
Juice from one lemon
1 Tablespoon of sugar
1-2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
(1) 8-oz. can of tomato sauce
Oil

Instructions:

Saute onions, green pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper in olive oil for five minutes.

Add all other ingredients, stirring often so not to scorch. Place fillets on baking sheet, spoon sauce over fillets and broil for five minutes.

Check with fork. If the fillets are flaky, it's done. DO NOT OVER-COOK WHITEFISH!
