Hour two kicks off with Mike Horswill from Jay’s Sporting Goods. Mike is an expert when it comes to processing your own venison and he has great tips and advice. Jeff Poet from the Michigan Wildlife Council is up next. He talks about that group’s continuing efforts to promote hunting and fishing in the state. This week’s “Ask Avery” segment is in reference to the question of how a young hunter can get a license during the covid pandemic. Lt. Andrew Turner of the Michigan DNR has the answer.
